One request, a defined scope and a record of the work. Timing depends on the watch, parts and workshop availability.
Choose the service or build direction. Share the model, movement if known, the work you have in mind, and service photographs or bespoke design references.
Confirm feasibility, pricing, the expected timeline and shipping arrangements before work is booked.
Request project-update enrollment or open your private service record. Email verification and a staff match are required before alerts begin.
Completion and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the individual job. Keep the service record with your watch.

Signature covers movement service. Premiere adds water-resistance testing. Ultimate also includes exterior rebrushing / refinishing and ceramic coating. If the issue is unclear, start with a diagnostic request. The final scope is confirmed for your watch.
KTF commissions begin with the desired watch and specification. A broad range of watches can be considered; availability of suitable components, compatibility and feasibility determine what can be offered.
The menu estimates 2–4 weeks for Signature, Premiere and standalone electroplating, and 3–5 weeks for Ultimate and Ultimate for Precious Metals. These are estimates; workload, watch complexity and parts can affect timing. Current timing is confirmed before booking.
Completed work carries a one-year workmanship warranty. Failures directly resulting from workmanship are repaired or the affected part replaced at no charge. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, water intrusion and material or component failure are excluded. See the full policy before booking.
