01 / Register an existing order
Help us match your project.
Use the project-updates form to share your full name, email, Reddit username, what you ordered and the shipping address associated with it.
You’ll receive an email receipt confirming that we’re compiling the client database. Kensington will manually match your submission against the current order sheets, then notify you once you’re enrolled in automatic updates. Submitting the form does not mean your order has already been enrolled in automatic updates; email verification and staff matching are required first.
If Kensington has provided an order reference, use it with the email attached to your order to request a private verification link.
